An experienced financial services professional and executive administrator, Dominic O'Dierno holds a bachelor of science with cum laude distinction in finance and marketing from the University of Oregon. Over his career, Dominic O'Dierno has cofounded two businesses: a merchant banking and investment company Peregrine Holdings and the identity management company Eid Passport.
Dominic O'Dierno’s duties with Eid ranged from strategic development activities to shareholder relations. Under his leadership as senior vice president, Eid provided identity management and access control systems to large federal agencies such as NASA and the Department of Defense.
Since transitioning away from Eid, Dominic O'Dierno has carried out responsibilities as chief executive officer of the Portland, Oregon-based early-stage business consultancy Amare. As CEO, he has served as a consulting chief financial officer for Real Benefits Group and as an advisory board member of Sendant Health. Through his work with Amare, he currently holds positions as asset manager for Cypress Development and as senior consultant to Q5id.
